For Youth Leaders
Here is the information that you will need to register and prepare your students & leaders to attend Abundant Springs 2027
Registration
Process
Hey youth leaders, we’re glad that you are considering bringing your group to Abundant Springs. Here is a bit of a guide to registering your group.
1. Fill out an Intent to Register Form
Click the link below.
This form will give our planning committee an idea of how many students and leaders you are expecting to bring.
2. Registration Email
Within a week of submitting your Intent to Register, you will receive an email that includes a printable invitation that will include a QR Code that will link to a digital individual registration that needs to be completed by each attendee (students/parents & leaders).
The email will also include a “read-only” spreadsheet that will update each time it is opened and list submitted registrations for your church.
3. Individual Registrations
Have Students/Parents and Youth Leaders fill out the Individual Registration Form by scanning the QR Code on the invitation.
Don’t forget to register yourself.
All individual registrations will be submitted digitally. This will allow better access to medical data for our First Aid team.
4. Confirm Registrations
When each Individual Registration Form is completed you will receive an email asking you to verify that this student or leader is part of your group.
You will receive an email for each registration.
Please click the verify link to confirm the registration.
5. Submit Final Registration
Track your groups registrations using the spreadsheet that was sent to you.
Once your group is fully registered, click the Submit Registration link on the Instructions tab on the spreadsheet.
A $25/person deposit will be required with your registration.
This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final invoice.
The deadline to submit registration is March 15, 2027.
You will receive an updated invoice for your Final Payment in May. This payment can be paid at anytime up to your arrival at Abundant Springs.

First Aid
Throughout the event there will be well trained First Aid providers on-site. They will be available to treat minor injuries and to assist in the event of a more serious injury.
Medications
Because dorm rooms will not be locked and to maintain safety of students and leaders, all prescription and non-prescription medication will be handed in to our onsite First Aid staff. First Aid staff will be available throughout the weekend to dispense individual medications. Exceptions will be made for certain rapid response medications, in consultation with the First Aid Staff. For more information on the process please refer to the Online Youth Leader Training.
If there are additional questions or concerns please contact the EMC Office.
Preparing your
Youth Group
This weekend is focused on discipleship, growing in faith and desire to follow Jesus. Throughout the weekend there will be opportunities for your group to share and interact with each other about the ways that they are being encouraged in their faith. We would encourage you to take time with your group prior to the event to practice sharing with each other in groups. Build relationship and connection as a group. This can be accomplished by serving together, worshipping together and even working together in fundraising events.
We encourage youth leaders to pray regularly for the students from your group. Pray that your students would be open to the work of Holy Spirit. Pray that they would respond to God’s love in real and authentic ways. Pray for our speaker, workshop leaders and guests that they would lead in the wisdom and power of God.
Take time to communicate with parents about the event. Help to answer their questions and build trust with them. There is a “For Parents/FAQ” page that can help answer questions that parents may have.
We are looking forward to a great weekend together!
THank You!
We acknowledge that this weekend involves a significant investment of time and energy from you as a youth leader. We want to say thank you!
Your investment in the lives of your youth group will have long lasting value. We are praying for each of you as you lead your group as we approach this weekend.
During the weekend there will be a session planned just for you! We hope you take advantage of that time as it will offer a short oasis in a high energy weekend.
Blessings to you as you lead your group!
