We as leaders must:
Demonstrate a lifestyle that is consistent with the faith we represent
Not abuse the authority and power that comes with our position
Be careful and responsible stewards of Briercrest Campus facilities
Be appropriate and demonstrate Godly character in our relationships with youth and other leaders.
Not possess tobacco, alcohol, marijuana or illegal drugs at any time during the weekend.
The way that we lead can be the biggest witness of God’s love to both the youth attending and to their parents. Let’s ensure that students are respected and that we lead with integrity.
