All youth leaders and students that plan to attend Abundant Springs need to fill out the following registration.
Each Individual Registration will be verified with by the leader of the EMC Church that you are registering with.

*The Registration cost for this event is $225/student or leader. Your registration cost will be included in a bill sent to your church. Please be in contact with your youth leader regarding payment.
**No fee will need to be paid as part of this individual registration form

All information will be used for administrative purposes at this event.
