Please take the information from the Individual Registration Form and fill out the fields below for each student and leader in your group (including yourself)

If needed you click SAVE at the bottom of the form and you will be given a link to return and edit your registration form. The form only needs to be submitted by March 17th. If you have additional registrations after the deadline you will need to contact Karenna at the EMC Office.
